About

Progress doesn’t happen in the center of your comfort zone, it happens at the edge where the old playbook no longer works.

01

At Forward Edge, we believe the landscape for leadership has fundamentally shifted. Every leader, team, and organization must now learn to adapt in real time—not as a soft skill, but as a business necessity. We provide data-informed interventions for leaders who have outgrown standard formulas. Built on the experience of scaling businesses and leading at the highest levels of global consulting, we provide the "outside-in" perspective required to navigate the edge.

We are a leadership and transformation company built on the foundation that progress happens at the edge — the place where comfort ends and growth begins. Our work challenges leaders to think boldly and act intentionally, within a safe and supportive environment where learning leads to action.

Forward edge was founded by an operator for operators. We don’t teach leadership theory; we solve the structural and behavioral problems that prevent companies from scaling.

Proven Scale from Startups to Pan European Transformations

John is not foreign to living on the edge.

  • In Poland and Romania, John helped build the learning infrastructure that equipped thousands of leaders with the skills to compete on the global stage — proving that national transformation begins with individual capability. He and his teams designed 120+ leadership academies across industries — from banking and pharmaceuticals to FMCG — including pan-European programs in 24 countries.

  • In Spain, during one of the toughest economic periods in decades, John founded a company that helped organizations realize that go-live doesn’t mean success — preparation does. He and his teams worked with executive and sales leaders to design on-the-ground transformation and coaching programs that turned digital systems into real performance, proving that technology only delivers value when people are ready to embrace it.

  • At Deloitte, John and a small team of five saw early that the future of performance would shift from individuals to teams. His first day was online — and for nine months he led virtually, turning that experience into the Hybrid Team Scan, co-created with 700 colleagues to explore productivity, belonging, and trust in hybrid work. The tool helped organizations quickly see which teams were thriving or struggling, identify best practices, and upskill leaders to strengthen engagement, retention, and alignment. It became one of Deloitte’s first global Human Capital assets, improving collaboration and results across regions — and laid the foundation for how John now helps executive teams perform and thrive in today’s complex, hybrid world.

  • The world is forcing executive teams to make decisions that have never been made before. As entire functions are being redesigned, leaders can no longer rely on the patterns or playbooks of the past. Having worked with over 51 executive teams across industries and continents, John has seen how easily leadership at the top can become absorbed in the present — delivering today but not shaping tomorrow. True enterprise leadership demands more: teamwork built on a shared role and a united responsibility for the company’s future. Through Forward Edge, John translates his research and experience into practical tools — bringing together the art and science of leadership through diagnostics, data, and design that help teams align, adapt, and build what’s next.
